Focused on strategies for prevention, preparedness, responding to emergency situations, and recovery, Arya Sasol Polymer companies’ (ASPC’s) emergency management team has always tried to ensure ASPC makes proper preparations for any possible incidents from the start of production all the way to the stocking stage as well as in non-processing facilities.
Furthermore our crisis management team conducts annual exercises to prepare for a range of scenarios that may affect the corporation or require coordination across the operational plants and multiple neighboring companies. Our work focuses on development of fire-protection plans aimed to employee training, in addition to firefighting simulations in case of emergency events and disasters. ASPC Emergency Response Management System is closely bound to our personnel, customers, neighborhood and immediate communities. The safety and disaster prevention awareness of everyone, especially our employees, is of critical importance to the success of our programs. Our approaches (prevention, preparation, response, recovery) has been established through integrating all the facilities, equipment, human resources, methods, and communication systems in a comprehensive organizational structure. The Incident Command System (ICS) is applicable for all types of situations despite their size or complexity and provides the company with the possibility of conducting a proper response to any crises or emergency conditions.
